Changing a Staff User Password

  1. Navigate to the staff user's Individual Record.
  2. In the Overview tab, click User Profile. If the individual does not have a user login, the User Profile button will not appear.

  1. Click the Change Password button.

  1. Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields and click the Change Password button, OR (recommended) click the Email Link to Reset Password to send an email with an SSO link to the individual, allowing them to log in and update their own password.

Updating the Password as a Non-Staff User

  1. Expand the User drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page and click the My Profile menu option.

  1. Navigate to My Profile > Account tab > Change Password.
  2. Enter the Old Password.
  3. Enter a New Password and re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click the Change Password button.
